BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RSI Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-F in the area bounded by

 

 

A line perpendicular to South Wallace Street 150 feet north of and parallel to West Pershing Road; South Wallace Street; a perpendicular line to South Wallace Street 90 feet north of and parallel to West Pershing Road; a perpendicular line to West Pershing Road 75 feet west of and parallel to South Wallace Street; West Pershing Road; the public alley next west of and parallel to South Wallace Street and perpendicular to West Pershing Road,

 

 

to those of an M1 -2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District.

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
