BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS1 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-G in the area bounded by

 

 

a northwesterly line perpendicular to South McDowell Avenue 300 feet northeast of the public alley next northeast of and parallel to the public alley next northeast of South Laflin Street; South McDowell Avenue; a northwesterly line 125 feet northeast of the public alley next northeast of and parallel to the public alley next northeast of South Laflin Street; the public alley next northwest of and parallel to South McDowell Avenue,

 

 

to those of an Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District.

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
