Existing direct burled pole checked for load bearing capacity based on ASTM A-53 Gr. B steel pipe.
All electrical work to be done according to the NEC and Local Code.
New concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength of 3000 PSI at 28 days.
New caisson footing design based on computing required depth and adding 3'-6R to allow for frost depth.
