ORDER

ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and

directed to issue a sign permit to (contractor's name and address):

Midwest Sign & Lighting 4910 Wilshire Blvd Country Club Hills, IL 60478

for the erection of a sign /signboard over 24 feet in height and /or over 100 square

feet (in area of one face) for Dicks Sporting Goods located at 1538 N. Clybourn Ave.,

Suite A201 Chicago, Illinois 60642 (north elevation) with the following dimensions,

height, and square foot area:

Dimensions: Length: 6'-9.6"                     Height: 19.5'

Height above grade/roof to the top of the sign: 341 Total square foot area:       132.9 sq. ft.

Such sign(s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
