ORDINANCE

7056-64 North Clark Street

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt RDG Fund-5, LLC, 30 S. Wacker, Suite 1650, Chicago IL 60606, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 7056-64 North Clark Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
