BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: THAT, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the 1200 block of West 91^st Street,   on the North side of the street,  Sunday thru Saturday, 12:00 am until 12:00 am
