BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: That an ordinance be submitted to City Council prohibiting the parking of vehicles at all times on portions of designated streets, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following:
