REPEAL OF PROHIBITION AGAINST PARKING (Except for Disabled Permit Number 43242) at 1449 W Winnemac Ave

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Repeal ordinance (Journal of Proceedings 11/15/2006, page 93753) heretofore pass which reads:

"Prohibition of parking at all timos at dosignatod locations. Wost Winnomac Avonuo, at 1449, for a distance of 25 feet (Handicapped Parking Permit 43242)."

by striking the above.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
