REPEAL OF PROHIBITION AGAINST PARKING (Except for Disabled Permit Number 44674) at 1847 W Berenice Ave

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Repeal ordinance (Journal of Proceedings 10/6/2005, page 58859) heretofore pass which reads:

"Prohibition of parking at all timos at designated locations. Wost Boronioo Avonuo, at 1847 (Handicapped Parking Permit 44674)."

by striking the above.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
