Your Committee on Workforce Development and Audit, to which was referred (July 29, 2015) a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local Union 700, begs leave to recommend that your Honorable Body DO PASS the agreement submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.

AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Chicago, an Illinois Municipal Corporation ("Employer"), and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Teamsters Local Union No. 700 ("Union"), for the purpose of establishing, through the process of collective bargaining, certain provisions covering wages, and other terms and conditions of employment for the employees represented by the Union.
