This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Chicago, an Illinois Municipal Corporation ("Employer"), and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Teamsters Local Union No. 700 ("Union"), for the purpose of establishing, through the process of collective bargaining, certain provisions covering wages, and other terms and conditions of employment for the employees represented by the Union.
