Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing the Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District designation as shown on Map Number 3-G in the area bounded by:

North Greenview Avenue; the first alley north of West Division Street; North Bosworth Avenue; the second alley north of West Division Street; a line extending north nine feet into the alley between Greenview and West Bosworth Avenue; a line along the north boundary of the second alley north of Division if the alley extended to Greenview Avenue.

To POS-1 Parks and Open Space District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
