BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all the C3-5 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-G in the area bounded by:

West North Avenue; North Fremont Street; a line 227.5 feet south of and parallel to West Weed Street; the alley next northeast of and parallel to North Kingsbury Street, a line 308.38 feet northwest of and parallel to West Blackhawk Street; North Kingsbury Street; a line 400.00 feet northwest of and parallel to West Blackhawk Street; the alley next northeast of and parallel to North Kingsbury Street; West Weed Street; a line 190.30 feet west of and parallel to North Fremont Street; the alley next north of and parallel to Weed Street, a line 125.00 feet west of and parallel to North Fremont Street,
to the designation of C2-5 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
