BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, Is hereby amended by changing all the Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols And indications as shown on Map No.9-1 in the area bounded by


the alley next north of and parallel to West Belmont Avenue; the alley next southwest of and parallel to North Elston Avenue; a line 226.66 feet southeast of the intersection of North Francisco Avenue and North Elston Avenue as measured at the southwest right-of-way line of North Elston Avenue and perpendicular thereto; a line 125 feet southwest of and parallel to North Elston Avenue; a line 251.66 feet southeast of the intersection of North Francisco Avenue and North Elston Avenue as measured at the southwest right-of-way line of North Elston Avenue and perpendicular thereto; a line 141 feet southwest of and parallel to North Elston Avenue; a line 276.66 feet southeast of the intersection of North Elston Avenue and North Francisco Avenue as measured at the southwest right-of-way line of North Elston Avenue and perpendicular thereto; West Belmont Avenue; and a line 50 feet east of and parallel to North Francisco Avenue,

to those of a B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District is hereby established in the area above described.
