SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District & B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications on Maps No. 26-J & 28-J in the area bounded by:

South Drake Avenue; the public alley next north of and parallel to West 111^th Street and extended where no alley exists; a line 227.83 feet east of and parallel to South Spaulding Avenue; West 111^th Street; South Sawyer Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West 111^th Street; South Christiana Avenue; a line 150 feet south of and parallel to West 111^th Street; a line 91.79 feet west of and parallel to South Christiana Avenue; a line 175.71 feet south of and parallel to West 111^th Street; South Homan Avenue; a line 120 feet south of and parallel to West 111^th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Trumbull Avenue; West 111^th Street; South Trumbull Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West 111^th Street; South St Louis Avenue; and West 111^th Street,

to those of B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
