SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications on Map No. 26-J in the area bounded by:

West 111^tn Street; a line 196.48 feet west of and parallel to South Lawndale Avenue; a line 458.85 feet south of and parallel to West 110^th Street; a line 131.23 feet east of and parallel to South Ridgeway Avenue; a line 125 feet north of and parallel to West 111^th Street; the center line of South Lawndale Avenue; a line 460.77 feet south of and parallel to West 110^th Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Millard Avenue (or a line 123.25 feet west of and parallel to), the public alley next north of and parallel to West 111^th Street; and South Millard Avenue,

to those of B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
