ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 26-1 and 26-J in the area bounded by

South Kedzie Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West 111^th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; a line 125 feet south of and parallel to the public alley next south of and parallel to West 111^th Street; South Kedzie Avenue; a line 360 feet south of and parallel to West 111^th Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; and a line 150 feet south of and parallel to West 111^th Street,

to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
