SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping symbols and indications on Map No. 26-I in the area bounded by:

South Kedzie Avenue; a line 741 feet north of and parallel West 111 Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; and the public alley next north of and parallel to West 111^th Street,

to those of B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
