SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A8176

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-1 in the area bounded by

West Warren Boulevard; North Campbell Avenue; the alley next south of West Warren Boulevard; and a line 332.7 feet west of and parallel to North Campbell Avenue,

to those of an Ml-1 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
