SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications on Map No. 9-H in the area bounded by:

North Lincoln Avenue; North Ravenswood Ave; West Addison Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to North Ravenswood avenue; the public alley next west of and parallel to North Lincoln Avenue; a line starting at a point 100 feet southeast of the south line of West Patterson Avenue as measured along the east line of the public alley next west of and parallel to North Lincoln Avenue extending north to a point 72.69 feet southwest of North Lincoln Avenue as measured along the south line of West Patterson Avenue; and West Patterson Avenue,

to those of B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
