ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Fabian Contractors, Inc. on behalf of Aardvark Ventures III LLC for 3967-3969 South Drexel Blvd. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address at 3967 South Drexel Blvd.
