ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the extension of existing residential permit parking zone number 23 to include West 51^st Street , on the south side of the street only, from South Sawyer Avenue to South Christiana , at all times, Monday thru Friday.
