BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on September 10, 2008, and further amended on October 5, 2011, establishing a no parkin zone in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 36772 (9.10.08) and page 8819 (10.5.11) ofthe Journal of Proceedings]:
'West Touhy Avenue
(north side) from a point 88 feet west of North Rockwell Street to a point 158 feet west thereof -7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sunday through Friday except School Buses, Tow Zone
NO PARKING - TOW-AWAY ZONE -EXCEPT FOR SCHOOL BUSES."
Inserting in lieu thereof,
"West Touhy Avenue
(north side) from a point 88 feet west of North Rockwell Street to a point 158 feet west thereof -7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sunday through Friday and 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays only, except School Buses, Tow Zone
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and Publication.
