SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing the RS-3, Residential Single-Unit District designation as shown on Map Number 1-1 in the area bounded by:
Superior Street, a line located 340.81 feet west of the western right-of-way of Rockwell Avenue extending south to the first alley south of Superior Street; a line located 365.81 feet west of western right-of-way of Rockwell Avenue extending north to Superior Street.
To RT -4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

You are receiving this letter because you own property within 250 feet of 2629 West Superior Street ("Property"), and this letter is part of the legal notice requirements of Chicago Zoning Ordinance Section 17-13-0107.

Please be informed that on or about October 5, 2015, SDG - 2629 Superior LLC ("Applicant"), with the consent from Raymond J. DeFrisco, Sr. and Antonette C. DeFrisco ("Owners"), will file an application with the City of Chicago for a change in zoning (also known as Zoning Map Amendment) for the Property. The application will request a change from RS3, Residential Single-Unit District, to RT4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District.

The proposed zoning change will allow the Applicant to renovate the Property by adding a floor and by replacing the wooden staircase with floor space. These changes will make the Property consistent in size with the neighboring houses.

SDG - 2629 Superior LLC is the Applicant and contract purchaser of the Property. The Applicant is not asking to purchase or change the zoning of your property.
