TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW ZONES:
42 North Kingsbury Street; North Kingsbury Street (east side) from West Hubbard Street
to West Illinois Street; No Parking Tow Zone - (15-01527490) [02015-2486]
WARD AMEND TOW ZONES:
1 West North Avenue; West North Avenue (north side) from a point 168 feet west of
North Fairfield Avenue to a point 99 feet west thereof; Repeal No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days, by striking the above [02015-6574]
1 West North Avenue; Repeal Ordinance which reads: West North Avenue (north side)
from a point 168 feet West of North Fairfield Avenue to a point 99 feet West thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days, by Striking the above [02015-7071]
46 West Irving Park Road; Amend Ordinance which reads: West Irving Park Road (north
side) from North Broadway to North Clarendon Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, 4:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday by Striking the above and inserting in lieu thereof: West Irving Park Road (north side) from North Broadway to North Clarendon Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday [02015-7324]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Traffic Lane - Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
