ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone at 3900 through 3945 West Cornelia Street, (both sides) Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am.
