OVER RIDE

ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.    That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 23^rd Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

5343-5359 S. Long Ave., (east side only) from the railroad tracks up to the first driveway north thereof - at all times / all days.

SECTION 2.    This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon passage and publication.
