NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Acct. No. 69273 - 4 Permit No. 1120223

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, two (2) Tunnel(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 201 E. Superior St
Said Tunnel(s) at E. SUPERIOR ST. measure(s):
One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and four thousand two hundred seventy-six (4276) feet in width for a total of four thousand two hundred seventy-six (4276) square feet. Existing tunnel is a service tunnel under East Superior Street to the Prentice Women's Hospital. Tunnel will connect the Prentice Women's Hospital building to the existing loading dock and will be used for material movement.
Said Tunnel(s) at E. HURON ST. measure(s):
One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and one thousand two hundred ninety-three (1293) feet in width for a total of one thousand two hundred ninety-three (1293) square feet. Existing tunnel is a patient tunnel that run adjacent to the service tunnel and connect the Prentice Women's hospital to the Feinberg Pavilion. The patient tunnel crosses both East Superior Street and East Huron streets.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
