BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on October 8,1940, prohibiting parking in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [222 of the Journal of Proceedings]:

"West Garfield Boulevard       on the south side of the street - from South

Ashland Avenue to South Marshfield Avenue, 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

NO PARKING."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
