BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I.That an ordinance passed by the City Council on April 27,1960, prohibiting parking in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 2506 ofthe Journal of Proceedings]:

"South California Avenue        (both sides) from a point 200 feet north of

West Roosevelt Road to a point 200 feet south of West 59^th Street - No parking from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. on the east side and 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on the west side, expect Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

(NO PARKING)."

and inserting in lieu thereof

"South California Avenue       (both sides) from a point 200 feet north of

West Roosevelt Road to a point 200 feet south of West 55^th Street - No parking from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. on the east side and 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on the west side, expect Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

(NO PARKING).

SECTION 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
