Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RMW STREETERVILLE LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use thirteen (13) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way approximately eighty-five (85) feet below grade level adjacent to its premises known as 451 E. Grand Ave
