ORDINANCE
RMW STREETERVILLE LLC Acct. No. 399254 - 2 Permit No. 1120380

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RMW STREETERVILLE LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use three (3) Sheeting(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 451 E. Grand Ave
Said Sheeting(s) at E. GRAND AVE measure(s):
Two (2) at eighty-three point eight three (83.83) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of three hundred thirty-five point three two (335.32) square feet. Said sheeting(s) shall be approximately twelve (12) feet below grade level.

Said Sheeting(s) at N. PESHTIGO CT measure(s):
One (1) at eighty-eight point two five (88.25) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of one hundred seventy-six point five (176.5) square feet. Said sheeting shall be approximately twelve (12) feet below grade level.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
Tfihis grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1120380 herein granted the sum of one thousand three hundred forty-three ($1,343.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
