Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to BAR LOUIE, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use seven (7) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1325 S. Halsted St
Said Awning(s) at W. Maxwell measure(s):
One (1) at fifteen point nine one (15.91) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty-three point six four (63.64) square feet.
One (1) at fifteen point zero eight (15.08) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty point three two (60.32) square feet.
One (1) at fifteen point three three (15.33) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty-one point three two (61.32) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at S. Halsted measure(s):
One (1) at twenty point five eight (20.58) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of eighty-two point three two (82.32) square feet.
One (1) at twenty point two five (20.25) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of eighty-one (81) square feet.
One (1) at twenty point three three (20.33) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of eighty-one point three two (81.32) square feet.
One (1) at twenty point six seven (20.67) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of eighty-two point six eight (82 68) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
