I voted in favor of :the:matter without realizing that I should have abstained in light of financial interest I have with one/of the principals of St. Edmunds Meadows; I note,that the City Council Rules db not allow changing of a vote after the vote tally list has passed; from the hands of the City Clerk (Rule 20).
