ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications on Maps No. 28-J & 28-I in the area bounded by:

A line 208.3 feet north of and parallel to West 112^th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; West 112^th Street; South Kedzie Avenue; a line 347 feet north of and parallel to West 112^th Place; the public alley next west of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; a line 407 feet north of and parallel to West 112^th Place; and South Kedzie Avenue,

to those of B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
