BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for 1907 NORTH KENMORE CONDOMINIUM on 09/24/2015, and printed upon page 7309 of the Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"the sum of seventy-five ($75.00) per annum in advance' and inserting in their place the words "the sum of zero dollars

"Building was built before 1922" Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
