Chicago Ave
Said Vault(s) at E. Chicago Avenue measure(s): k One (1) atone hundred sixty-four point three three (164.33) feet in length, and nineteen point eight three (19.83) feet pn width for a total of three thousand two hundred fifty-eight point six six (3258.66) square feet.

p.ipne (1) at thirty-five point five (35.5) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of one ; - hundred ninety-eight point zero nine (198.09) square feet.
¦ The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and ^Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of ; Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
f^The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1120639 herein granted the sum of ;j$irteen thousand six hundred six ($13,606.00) per annum in advance.
% A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
