ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 386846 -1 Permit No. 1111006

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Bongprint.com on 04/30/2014, and printed upon page 79846 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "two (2) signs: said sign structure one (1) at two point five (2.5) feet in length and two point five (2.5) feet in height and nine (9) feet above grade: Compensation $400.00 per annum" and inserting in their place the words "one (1) sign: Compensation $300.00 per annum"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
