ORDINANCE

1344 West Devon Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Anytime Fitness, 1344 West Devon Avenue, Chicago IL 60660, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 1344 West Devon Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
