feet (in area of one face) at:

Dimensions: Length: 7*0" Height: 30'0"
Height above grade / root to top of sign: 47'0"
TOTAL SQUARE FOOT AREA: 210
Such Sign (s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other Applicable provisions ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago Governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, sign board and structures.

Good Morning Alderman Dowell -
Please assist us in obtaining Council Orders for the signage listed below. In pursuant of Section 13-20-680 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago; any sign over one hundred (100) square feet in area and over twenty-four (24'-0") feet in overall height must obtain a Council Order to apply for the required permits.
There is one (1) that we are requesting Council Order and is listed as follows:
Sign # 1 - One (1) projecting EXTRA SPACE STORAGE, 30'-0" (H) X 7'-0" (W) at 210 sft. in area. The sign will be erected to an overall height of 47'-0 above the natural grade level.
