Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 401 E ONTARIO CONDO ASSOCIATION, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eight (8) Decorative Fence(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 401 E. Ontario St

Said Decorative Fence(s) at E. Ontario Street measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-four point one six (64.16) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of sixty-four point one six (64.16) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately eighteen (18) inches in height.

One (1) at fifty-four (54) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of fifty-four (54) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately eighteen (18) inches in height.
