ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 3700 block of West Lyndale Street, on both sides of the street, beginning at 3706 and ending at 3754 West Lvndale Street between Lawndale Avenue and Hamlin Avenue.
