SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1 That the City Zoning Ordinance by amended by changing all the RS 3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-G in area bound by

SOUTH ELIAS COURT; A LINE 170 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH ARCHER AVENUE; SOUTH LOOMIS STREET; AND, THE PUBLIC ALLEY NEXT SOUTH OF SOUTH ARCHER AVENUE

To those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
