ONE HOUR PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend One Hour Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

33                     4669 North Manor Avenue; North Manor Avenue (east side) from a point 105 feet

south of West Leland Avenue to a point 37 feet south thereof; One Hour Parking, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday [02015-7239]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
