BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-1 in the area bounded by

The public alley next south of and parallel to West Belmont Avenue; the public alley next east of and parallel to North Washtenaw Avenue; a line 35 feet north of and parallel to West Fletcher Street; and North Washtenaw Avenue,

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
