ORDINANCE
CHICAGO HOPE ACADEMY Acct. No. 293403 -1 Permit No. 1119781

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to CHICAGO HOPE ACADEMY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, a portion of the public right-of-way for two (2) Occupation of Space(s) adjacent to its premises known as 2189 W. Bowler St Existing occupation of space is used for a student drop-off and pick-up zone and parking on West Bowler Street.
Said Occupation of Space(s) at W. BOWLER (formerly DeKalb) measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred eighty-nine (189) feet in length, and seven (7) feet in width for a total of one thousand three hundred twenty-three (1323) square feet.
Said Occupation of Space(s) at W Bowler measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred twenty-five (125) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one thousand (1000) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development, Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development), and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1119781 herein granted the sum of three thousand eight hundred eighty-six ($3,886.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
