BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing
a no parking, tow zone in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking
therefrom the following:
"North Lincoln Avenue No. 4925, One hundred feet (100'), Monday thru
Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
(NO PARKING TOW ZONE EXCEPT FOR BUSES FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS)."

Inserting in lieu thereof,
"North Lincoln Avenue No. 4925, Eighty feet (80'), Monday thru Friday,
8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
(Footage to be reduced from the south pole twenty feet (20' feet) north thereof)
(NO PARKING TOW ZONE EXCEPT FOR BUSES FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS)."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and
