DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on September 24, 2015, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 7022 of the Journal of Proceedings]:

"South Albany Avenue                     from West 54^th Place to West 55^th Street, on

both sides of the street, at all times, Sunday thru Saturday."

And inserting in lieu thereof

South Albany Avenue

from West 54^th Place to West 55^th Street, on the west side of the street only, at all times, Sunday thru Saturday.

SECTION 2.   This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
