BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 28-E in the area bounded by:


the alley next south of East 111th Street; South Langley Ave.; a line 45 feet south of and parallel to the alley next south of East 111th Street; the alley next west of South Langley Ave.

to those of a Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
