ORDINANCE



BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 48th Ward in the area with the following boundaries:
6200 - 6299 N. Wayne Avenue - 5:00pm - 4:00am - all days (Residential Permit Parking Zone 56)
Are hereby amended:
By including the following location as a Buffer Zone: 6300-6399 N. Wayne Avenue (Residential Permit Parking Zone 56)
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon passage and publication.
