BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on December 30, 1960 printed on page 4197 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of said date, establishing 5 tons in designated area, be and the same is hereby repealed by striking there from, the following:

N. Kostner Avenue from W. Irving Park Road to W. Montrose Avenue

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
